By accessing or using JustYes.ID ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including individual users verifying their age and partner sites integrating the Service.

Billing cycles are monthly. Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Each time you share your age-verified status with a partner site, you will be asked for explicit consent. You may revoke consent at any time. However, verification receipts already generated cannot be deleted, as they may be required for legal compliance.

You may delete your account at any time. Deletion permanently removes your encrypted vault and credential. Anonymized verification receipts and consent records are retained as required by law. Account deletion cannot be undone.

The Service, including its design, code, documentation, and brand assets, is owned by JustYes.ID and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUSTYES.ID SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JustYes.ID, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
